ABOUT JACK LONG
Β
Most experts think success comes from having the right answers.
I've never believed that.
Everything I've built β every business, every launch, every result that actually mattered β came from learning to ask better questions.
Not smarter tactics. Not bigger audiences. Not more content.
Better questions.
Β
I didn't start in the online world.
Β
I spent over a decade at Warner Bros β running international marketing campaigns for some of the biggest film releases ever made. Harry Potter. Batman. Inception.
And what I learned in that world β the red carpet strategy, the audience build, the coordinated release, the moment everything drops β became the lens through which I see every launch I've ever run.
A great launch isn't a sales event. It's a campaign. Carefully built. Precisely timed. Designed to move people.
I just didn't know it yet.
THE MOMENT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
Β
It was 2017. I'd run over 50 launches by that point. Nothing was sticking the way it should.
Then β inside a single 60-minute webinar for my Messenger Bot Secrets business β something shifted.
I stopped selling the features. I stopped selling the course.
I sold the vehicle.
The vehicle is the thing that takes someone from where they are β to where they want to be. When you sell the vehicle instead of the destination, everything changes.
That one webinar generated $110,334.
And for the first time in years, I didn't feel like I was pushing a boulder uphill.
I'd cracked something. And from that moment on β I didn't just want to teach chatbots. I wanted to help people build better sales processes. Launches that actually work. Without the stress. Without the chaos.
That became my calling.
What I've built since then.
A guitar teaching business.
A chatbot course.
A quiz education platform.
A high-ticket coaching model.
A data and audit agency where my team would go deep inside someone's business β not to throw tactics at them β but to ask the questions nobody else was asking.
The results were phenomenal. Every time.
Because the right question does more than the right answer ever could.
Through all of it β the pivots, the businesses, the reinventions β one thing never changed:
Good traffic. Quality leads. Profitable launches.
That was always the focus. The vehicle just kept evolving.
Now β it's quizzes and launches. And everything I've learned is baked into both.
I wrote a book about it.
Β
SELL from the Top,
SCALE from the Bottom
Β
β because the way most people are building is upside down. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.
OUTSIDE OF THE WORK
Β
My dad died when I was twelve.
That same year, an unknown band from the UK released a debut album called Definitely Maybe.
I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that album changed my life.
The sound.
The belief.
The swagger of two brothers who had absolutely no business being that confident β and were completely right to be.
Β
I was part of that 90s Britpop movement.
And it defined something in me that's still there.
Β
I still listen to that album. Every week. On vinyl.
Music became an obsession. Travel became a necessity β street food in Bangkok on my honeymoon taught me that the best things in life rarely come from the most expensive menus. Family became everything.
Β
I don't separate who I am from how I work.
Β
The curiosity. The questions. The obsession with what's actually happening beneath the surface.
That's not a methodology.
That's just me.
You're probably someone who's good at what you do. Really good.
Β
But something isn't clicking the way it should.
Β
You're doing more.
Getting less back.
Everything works β but nothing really works.
Β
You don't need more information.
You don't need another tactic.
You need someone who can ask the right question β and show you exactly where the entry point is broken.
That's what I do.
